		<description>Just found your blog, very nice!  Suggestion for the fries, one that I have used often.  Beat one or two egg whites with whatever spices you like (I love smoky paprika, salt, pepper and garlic powder)  Toss in your potatoes, drain the excess, and cook the same way you did.  The egg white will make VERY crispy fries.</description>

Then, I would increase the oven temperature to 425 and leave them in the oven until they&#039;re crispy enough for you (or maybe even a little too crispy, because they will soften a bit when you toss them in the garlic butter --- but it&#039;s so good you probably won&#039;t mind!).  Good luck!  Let me know how it goes ...</description>
