I was out of brown sugar, so just subbed organic cane sugar and used dark choc chunks. They turned out great! A bit sweet for me, but the kids loved them.

I just want to thank you for your tip about putting a slice of bread in the cookie jar - it really works!!!
Baked these wonderful cookies yesterday, and there where a bit crunchy - but after one night with the bread they are just perfect.

These cookies were amazing! They were very easy to make, the dough turned out a bit dry and I had to clump it together, however, this could have been too much flour on my part. Thank you for a healthy alternative to the usual classic!

Yum, I enjoy your website and made these this weekend with applesauce instead of oil, walnuts and the dried cranberries. They were scrumptious! Keep it up!

These are some really good cookies! That jar would not be that full if I lived in the neighborhood. :)
