I made these last weekend, and they were a hit! The chipotle "ketchup" makes the burger. Yum!

Rishi Gupta: That's great! I've tried the burgers with and without the egg and I don't think it's necessary. Ground turkey is usually pretty wet and cohesive. I'm so glad you liked them!

I tried this recipe to make some Turkey Burger sliders - they turned out amazing. I couldn't find the Chipotles to make the Chipotle ketchup - so I just used regular ketchup. They still blew away any other turkey burgers I've made.

The only modification I made was to add half an egg to the turkey breast when mixing it with the rest of the ingredients to better bind the ingredients together. But that may not be necessary.

Thanks for the recipe!

Looks great. I recently did a turkey burger with Brioche bread and I used ricotta in the meat. Come check it out if you have the time. I really like the Chiptole “Ketchup” and will have to try that out!
