		<description>lauren: My biscuit cutters are a set of concentric sizes ranging from a 1.5 inch diameter (which is what I used here) to 3.5 inches.  You could certainly use a skinny glass.  A slim champagne flute could work well.  If you give it a try, let us know!</description>
