		<description>I love sweet potatoes!  This looks delicious!  I found a recipe no too long ago where you make mashed potatoes with sweet and red potatoes - heaven!  You boil the potatoes in creamy milk with thyme and then mash &#039;em up!  Not too difficult.  I&#039;m sure a write up by you would be much more appetizing though.</description>
