Before I read the post, when I was just salivating at the pictures, I thought to myself “what a perfect mix of seasons”. Then I read that was your exact intention – beautifully done! The grilled plums look so succulent and lovely.

I don’t really go crazy over pork chops unless they’re done REALLY well. And I think these fit the bill. They look amazing!!

These look tasty. There’s a restaurant by my house in Berkeley that changes its menus each month, based on seasonality of course, and right now they have pork hamburgers with grilled peaches. I think sweet, juicy stone fruits would be the perfect compliment to pork.

Mmm, yes oh yes. Grilling those plums brings out incredible flavor.
