It is SO good - even if I didn&#039;t have all the herbs I thought I did, even though I got distracted and almost burned the onions, and even though I accidentally put in way to much cinnamon.  So I can only guess at how incredible it is when you actually follow the recipe.

I hope you guys give it a try.  And, to those who asked, no -- there isn&#039;t an &quot;espresso taste&quot; to the chili.

Maggie: I&#039;m pretty caffeine immune, but you could always use decaf if you&#039;re concerned.  Some of the Epicurious commenters mentioned that they had an issue with the caffeine.</description>
